Ayushi Prasad is an All India Rank holder Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in financial reporting, controllership, regulatory compliance, and finance transformation across banking, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

She has held leadership roles with reputed organizations including Jio Payments Bank (Jio Financial Services), Piramal Enterprises, and Larsen & Toubro. Over the course of her career, Ayushi has led key initiatives in financial reporting under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), regulatory compliance, budgeting and performance management, internal financial controls, and finance system implementations including SAP FICO and CBS. At Anuvaidha, Ayushi advises clients on strengthening financial reporting frameworks, improving governance and internal controls, optimizing regulatory compliance and building efficient finance processes that support informed decision-making and sustainable growth.

Dhawal Srivastava

Dhawal Srivastava brings experience across banking, NBFC, insurance, and BPO sectors, including professional experience with Big 4 consulting firms.

He combines strong finance domain knowledge with technical expertise in enterprise performance management solutions and has worked extensively on finance transformation initiatives spanning consolidation, planning, and financial reporting. He has significant experience delivering financial consolidation and planning projects, particularly using CCH Tagetik, and has led end-to-end implementations involving data modelling, process automation, and reporting aligned with IFRS and Ind AS requirements. At Anuvaidha, Dhawal advises clients on finance transformation initiatives, helping organizations streamline financial processes, strengthen reporting frameworks, and leverage technology to enable more effective financial decision-making.
